A healthy and satisfying chocolate dessert.
1 cup dates
2/3rd cup almonds (or 1/3rd cup almond meal)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4th teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons almond milk
4-5 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
Blend almonds first (unless you use almond meal). Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Roll into balls. Freeze overnight. I put them on parchment paper.
